MULLIONS FOR VSL AND VSIG VISION LITES
Add Welded Mullions to Your Vision Lite for Additional Security or the French Door Look. Mullions Provided for Both Sides of Glass in 11 Standard Configurations for Either VSL or VSIG Frames.
Material: 20 gauge
Construction: Mullions are welded at heads, sills and jambs, and butt to glass. Only one glass lite required. Factory painted. See data pages for VSL for detailed information.
Mullions: 1" x 5/8" formed steel
Door: For 1-3/4" door.
Fasteners: #8 x 1" flathead phillips SMS.
Glass: VSL frames: 3/16"- 1/4", VSIG frames: UL Listing: 5/16” to 1-11/16” or WHI Listing: 5/16"-1" - glazing to be ordered separately from Glazing Section. Use fire-rated glazing with UL or WHI classification marking for fire rated applications.
Powder Coat Finishes: (B) Mineral Bronze (standard color), (G) Gray, (BK) Black, (FBK) Flat Black, (W) White, (SB) SC Beige, (SI) Silver, (S) Sand, (AB) AMS Beige, (R) Red, (GH) Gray Hammertone.
Fire-Rating, Testing & Listings: When installed in properly rated and approved door, ratings up to 3 hours can be achieved, depending on the glazing used.
