Product Specifications
Material: 12 gauge galvanneal steel.
Finish: Gray hammertone powder coat.
Curb: 12” high curb and 3-5/8” wide flange for securing to roof deck.
Cover: The cover includes a 14 gauge steel exterior and 22 gauge liner with an EPDM perimeter gasket. The dome retainer is extruded aluminum fitted over a welded steel flange – for weathertight construction. Hinged on the “width” side.
Acrylic Dome: Dome is white translucent acrylic.
Insulation: 1” rigid fiberboard insulation on curb, 1” mineral wool between the exterior cover and liner on solid roof area.
Hardware: Heavy-duty zinc-coated hinge and pin. Fastening hardware is zinc-coated.
Spring: Compression operated, shock absorbing cylinder.
Hold-Open Arm: Heavy gauge automatic hold-open arm with red vinyl grip for opening and closing.
Latch: Exterior handle, inside locking handle with interior and exterior padlock hasp.
