Frame Material: 16 ga (1.6 mm) Galvanneal steel up to and including 30” x 48”. Larger sizes in either dimension are 14 ga (2 mm). Frame Depth: 3-1/4″ (83 mm).
Flange: 7/8” (22 mm) wide up to and including 36” x 36” (914mm x 914mm). 1-1/4″ (32 mm) wide for larger panels.
Door Panel Material: 18 ga (1.31 mm) Galvanneal steel
Liner Material: 22 ga (.64 mm) Galvanneal steel
Standard Finish: Off-white prime coat
Insulation: High-temp ceramic fiber insulation
Hinge: Concealed continuous rod hinge on height dimension. sizes longer tha 48″ (1219 mm) will have a continuous piano hinge.
Closer: The automatic panel closer will close & latch the door from an open position of approximately 90° as required by NFPA 80
Latch: Self-latching flush 1/4” (6.35 mm) allen key with Interior release.

3 Hour fire-rating for vertical and horizontal installation
Temp Rise Max: 30 minutes 77°F ( 43°C), 60 minutes 268° F (149° C)

Horizontal: UBC 43-7
