Frame Material: 16 ga (1.6 mm) Galvanneal steel up to and including 30” x 48”. Larger sizes in either dimension are 14ga (2 mm) Frame Depth: 2-1/4″ (57 mm)
Flange: Exposed (FD2) – 7/8” (22 mm) wide up to and including 36” x 36” (914mm x 914 mm) or 1-1/4″ wide for larger panels. Wallboard Recessed (FD2RF) – 1-5/8″ (41 mm) wide, recessed 5/8″ (16 mm) from frame.
Door Panel Material: 18 ga (1.31mm) Galvanneal steel
Liner Material: 22 ga (.64 mm) Galvanneal steel
Standard Finish: Off-white prime coat
Insulation: High-temperature insulation
Hinge: Concealed rod hinge up to 48″ (1219 mm) height. Piano hinge for larger sizes.
Closer: Panel automatically closes and latches from an open position of approximately 90° as required by NFPA 80
Latch: 1/4″ (6.35 mm) Allen key operated slam latch with interior release

2 Hour fire rating for vertical and horizontal installation.
Temperature Rise Max: 30 minutes 250° F (139°C), 60 minutes 450° F (250° C)
