Operable z-blade louver with fusible link is ideal for use in steel and composite fire doors up to 1-1/2 hour rating. The 1900 Series louvers are operable to 45% free area. The self-attaching frame style with fasteners on the room side is ideal for installation in new or existing door cutouts.
Frame and Blades: Cold rolled steel or zinc-plated steel.
Standard Finish: Bronze powder coat.
Construction: Louvers are riveted to operating bar and frame at 1″ intervals. 1-1/4″ face frame has mitered and welded corners.
Mounting for 1-3/4″ Doors: Screws fasten through louver core.
FIRE RATINGS: UL listed and labeled/stamped to ANSI/UL10B, ANSI/UL10C and CAN/ULC S104 for installation in up to 90-minute doors
