These access panels are designed for exterior use with durable galvanneal, aluminum or stainless materials. Doors are gasketed to prevent moisture intrusion, with several latch and handle options available. Standard flanges cover the edges of the opening, while our extended flange is recessed and designed for the application of plaster or stucco to blend in with the surrounding walls.
Frame: Galvanneal steel, or stainless steel.
Door: Aluminum or stainless steel.
Standard Finish: Powder coat white on steel or 304 stainless with #4 finish.
Insulation: XP – 2″ Fiberglass; R-5.7, XT – 2″ Polyiso; R-13.
Latch XP: Chrome-plated plastic handle
Latch XT: Lockable compression paddle latch.
Latch XTG: Mortise cylinder lock with interior release
Flange: 1″ Standard (XPA, XPS, XTA, XTS) or extended for plaster or stucco (XTEA, XTES, XPEA, XPES)
